Financial Assistance & Scholarships

The Cape Cod Institute is committed to increasing access to our continuing education programs and supporting clinicians and practitioners in bringing renewed energy and effective approaches into their work.

Below, you’ll find information about financial assistance options, flexible payment plans, and scholarship programs.

Financial Assistance

Global Access Pricing: The Cape Cod Institute offers adjusted pricing for clinicians living and working outside the United States when standard registration fees are out of reach due to local purchasing power. Adjustments are based on regional economic conditions.

Clinicians seeking this pricing can send a review request directly to info@cape.org . Please include your full name, the country where you reside, and the countries where you practice.

Extended Payment Plans: Flexible payment options are available for participants who are unable to pay the full registration fee at once. For more information, please contact info@cape.org. Payment must be received in full before the start date of your selected course.

Cape Cod Community: The Cape Cod Institute offers tuition assistance for community partners, with free tuition for all Nauset Regional School District employees. For details, please contact info@cape.org. In alignment with this commitment, applications from local clinicians and service providers are prioritized for volunteer course assistant positions.

Individual & Group Scholarship

Individual Scholarship:

The Cape Cod Institute seeks to create learning spaces that reflect a wide range of perspectives and experiences. Scholarship support is primarily directed toward practitioners with financial need whose work contributes to broader access to care in historically underserved communities. In reviewing applications, we may also consider factors such as professional context, community engagement, and lived experience as part of our commitment to an inclusive educational environment.

Interested in applying for a scholarship for a group of 5+? Please see more information about our Group Scholarships below.

Group Scholarship

The Cape Cod Institute is dedicated to supporting nonprofit organizations whose funding structures may not allow for access to in-depth, specialized continuing education opportunities for their clinicians. In addition to our standard group discounts—10% for groups of 5-9 and 20% for groups of 10+— we award at least two annual nonprofit/agency-based group scholarships. If your group would benefit from additional support beyond the standard group discount, we encourage you to submit a group scholarship application for consideration.

Important Information:

  • Group Scholarships provide up to 20 clinicians/employees with the opportunity to join live-online courses at a reduced price or free of charge.

*Please note that Cape Cod organizations are welcome to apply for in-person group scholarship and are encouraged to share our volunteer course assistant opportunities with their staff.
