Course Description
We are living in a time where trauma, adversity, and mental health are common topics, not just in the workplace, but across most media. Leaders are being called to lead not just with expertise but with interoceptive intelligence, emotional clarity, and nervous system regulation. For those leaders who carry their own trauma or adversity, leading in a way that is aligned, regulated, and untriggered in the face of difficult workplace dynamics and relationships can be extremely challenging.
Almost every kind of traumatic experience leaves an imprint on the body, mind, and brain, whether you are a leader or not. Despite how much knowledge or experience you have acquired, these imprints can play havoc with your mission, vision, relationships, and sense of self. Leadership can become reactive rather than responsive and extremely costly to the bottom line.
This bespoke and curated course offers a path back to leading whole, where your purpose, power, and presence are not performative, but embodied, authentic, regulated, and aligned. Through the lens of neuroscience, interoceptive awareness, and trauma-informed practices, you’ll learn how to lead from a place that is not only resilient but deeply in tune with your innate leadership abilities and purpose.
