Course Description

Join us for a three-day introduction to Toni Herbine-Blank’s comprehensive model of working with couples and intimate relationships. Intimacy from the Inside Out™ (IFIO™) is a unique model of couple and relational therapy that integrates intra-psychic and interpersonal work through the lens of IFS. We will provide an overview of the protocols that IFIO™ offers to help couples learn the ways they get stuck in conflict and how to shift from feeling stuck to feeling connected to their partners again.

This course will offer didactic presentations, experiential exercises, and video and live demonstrations. Participants will have opportunities to work with their own parts that come up in relationships and to understand how IFS can be applied in couple work.
