Meet the Team

Kat Rorke, LCSW

Director and Principal of MAK Continuing Education, LLC

Kat received her Master’s from NYU and has practiced in a variety of health and mental health settings in New York City, including the department of education, assertive community treatment, outpatient and inpatient mental health clinics, private practice, and pediatric hospitals with kids, families, and adults. In addition to her clinical work, Kat has assumed leadership, supervision, program management, and development roles.

Kat was the Program Director for the Cape Cod Institute from 2018-2019 until she left to continue her clinical work in schools and in private practice. Kat is grateful to be working alongside faculty and friends of the Institute to continue the learning community and the founder’s legacy for years to come.

Sophia Eldridge Tretiak, MBA

Program Director

Sophie helps to manage all operations and programs at the Cape Cod Institute. As a native Cape Codder and graduate of Nauset Regional High School, she has been familiar with the Cape Cod Institute since childhood. She is thrilled to bring her communication and organizational skills to help the Institute grow and flourish for years to come.

Sophie lives in Vermont with her husband and two young daughters and loves to spend as much time as possible on the Cape every summer.

Lori Lerma, MS, CCLS

On-Site Manager

Lori Lerma, MS, CCLS, Onsite Manager at the Institute, graduated from Bank Street College of Education with a Master’s in Child Life. Lori has spent the past ten years working in New York City as a Child Life Specialist. She has had the privilege to work at Bellevue Hospital, Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital, Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital, and The Brooklyn Hospital Center. Her experience has allowed her to serve many different cultures and populations, providing her with a sound base in cultural sensitivity and diversity. Currently, she is training at the Harlem Family Institute to receive a license in psychoanalysis and also completing the PhD School Psychology program at Teachers College in New York.

Kadiatu M. Lublin

Director of Communications and Special Projects

Kadi joined the Cape Cod Institute in August of 2022 and brings a diverse background to the team, having begun her career in finance - first working on Wall Street and later for a major hedge fund - before expanding into design, education, and entrepreneurship. Adept at finding the intersection of creativity and functionality, Kadi helps drive a culture of cross-functional collaboration, creating and managing communications and systems for organizational optimization and efficiency.

Passionate about education, Kadi is also a member of the Advisory Council of ReadWorks, an ed-tech nonprofit and serves on of the Board of Education in Darien, CT where she lives with her family.

Maggie Glennon

Administrator

Maggie has her masters of education from Fitchburg State University and is a true people person. Whether she is leading wellness workshops or working with her coaching clients, Maggie is at her best when supporting people and projects that empower individuals to lead aligned and fulfilling lives. In addition, Maggie has an extensive background in education and is thrilled to bring her skills and passion to help support the Cape Cod Institute.

Maggie is a Massachusetts native and is lucky enough to live a short drive from the Cape.
