Upon completion of this course participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the evolution of Organization Development (OD)

  2. Differentiate between “dialogic” versus “diagnostic” OD

  3. Identify the core values and principles of OD and how they can be applied in their current roles and workplaces

  4. Describe the “Bohmian Dialogue” and how it can be utilized as a prelude to conflict resolution, organizational planning, or difficult conversations

  5. Employ workshop lessons to communicate effectively across cultural boundaries and to advance inclusion within their organizations

  6. Identify how to give and receive effective feedback in the workplace

  7. Use OD practices and workshop lessons to address participant cases  

  8. Employ the concept of “Use of Self” as an avenue for personal and professional growth
